"You’re getting for what you pay for but in a good way. It’s clean enough (there were some brown stains on the wall in the bathroom but they seemed permanent,) the towels were thin and small, you can easily buy water and/or other beverages (beer/wine too) at the front desk. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but it really wasn’t bad. We stayed three nights and I would stay again. The staff is young but friendly and helpful. "We only stayed for one night whilst the Christmas market was on. Hotel is very convenient to the centre and trams are a short walk away. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful. Lots of interesting traditional furniture and artefacts in the hotel. Room was large with a modern bathroom. "

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"I simply loved the appartment - its spaciousness, structure, terrace, location, a very good wifi connection, and everything that the area has to offer. I especially loved the feeling of luxury of space that this appartment offers. There were some minor issues like absence of soap, shortage of teaspoons, teacups, teapot, etc., also a worn coach in the living room. I also thought that the doors could close quiter - I think the doors are banged because otherwise it is rather difficult to close it...

"The property was great! Stayed in Medici suite. Had a wonderful bar/screen room area. The only downside was that they were experiencing a mosquito issue in the master bedroom/bath suite. This caused an uncomfortable sleep stay. To their credit they offered a credit to buy plug-ins and spray, and stopped by to try and resolve the issue. However, this only resulted in dead mosquitos all over the floor…note too that master bed faces street so you hear everything pass your window all night long....
