"Every thing was good for the 2 nights we stayed"

"The guy at the front desk was rude. We went to Galveston for the day and decided to spend the night so we weren't prepared. I asked for some complimentary tooth brushes, those cheap disposable, one time use ones and he was clearly upset at having to look for some under the counter and asked why we couldn't have brought our own tooth brushes from home. "Worth the price of stay. A little run down, but always saw staff cleaning, fixing things. Great location, comfy beds, pool was decent, staff were friendly. Yummy cookies daily. Free breakfast was okay. $15 daily parking fee"

"The staff at this location was wonderful! They were really nice and helpful! The hotel was clean, but you can see the signs of wear and tear (example spots on the lamp shades- probably due to having a balcony that opens out to the ocean and the moisture from that). "I think it’s a really good and convenient hotel. Especially is directly across from Walmart so u can walk or drive right across the street to get things u may need or forgot at home. The breakfast is simple and nice. In a roomy area not cramped up. The rooms are spacious. Oh and it’s a 2 min walk to the Seawall so you’re right there around everything. Only thing I’ll complain about is the air in the building but it’s understandable because they are under construction with some things"
