"Staff and service were excellent. Breakfast buffet could have been warmer, but was good. The Smack burgers were very good, I should have gotten one to go upon checkout. The indoor pool & hot tub could have been warmer. The room was very nice and clean. The showers don’t pivot so may be uncomfortable for tall people."

"Water bottles are not provided all the time. Sometimes they are in the room and sometimes not. And sometimes they hand them to you at check in. Also chocolates. Same story. Housekeeping supervisor should be supervised. "

"relatively new, breakfast was adequate for coffee & toast, quiet compared to the other Monte Carlo down the street but the room is barely lit with a couple of desk and table lamps, supposedly cosy but very dark. otherwise satisfactory"

"We had a good experience at the Sheraton on highway 7. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The larger pool was a bit far but ok to swim in."

"Good stay 15 min walk from the subway and immediately near a bus station. The accommodations were fine, felt secure and clean. The garden view was rough but I didn’t come to look out the window so it was fine. Would book again. Was a little concerned doing a homestay-type through hotels.com but it worked out fine. I did not get the 24 hour check in email but did reach out to the host and they responded promptly. "
