"Got off on the wrong foot when they said there was a $35 early check in fee. We were 20 minutes early. She ended up letting us in though. The room was very nice and quite large but the floor was dirty. TV was frustrating. We usually sit outside most of the time but nights were chilly. Town was a disappointment. We expected kind of quaint but its not at all. But grocery store was good and easy to walk to. I thought our room had a stove top but it didn’t. Kitchen was a little sparsely furnished....

"This condo was great. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook our meals. I find that most places have old pans and kitchen utensils. This place had good quality dishes and pans. I have to make my meals and it was nice to have good equipment. The location made it quick to get to Hapuna Beach and go boogie boarding and snorkeling. The pool was great and a quick walk to get there. We had a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend this place. "

"Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "

"We stayed here for a week in March 2025 and had a wonderful time. This place is a great location in a quiet neighborhood next to the ocean. Seems to be a rarity. Easy shoreline access and relaxing lanai where we had breakfast everyday. The house was spotless with nice decor and a great relaxing feel. Located very close to some of the best beaches on the island. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. "

"Very nice house in a quiet, clean and peaceful neighborhood. Close to the Mauna Lani shopping plaza (walking distance), where you can get groceries, coffee and decent food. The nearest beach is at the Fairmont Orchard (swimmable) and Holoholokai Park (not swimmable, but really cute). Holoholokai beach has gorgeous sunsets, byo chair and wine for an amazing evening. Our favorite beach was Hapuna, about 5 min drive - make sure you don't miss it, it's in my opinion one of the best beaches on Big...

"Beautiful condo with the most incredible view of the golf course, ocean, and black rocks. We enjoyed lounging on the deck watching the sunset, with whales breaching right there off the coast. The unit itself is decorated beautifully with modern furnishings and artwork. Kitchen is well stocked and laundry in unit a plus.
