"Great staff and service. Dated rooms, less than great fixtures and furniture. Lots of in room tile but very comfortable beds. Very expensive food and drinks, but most items were tasty - however the Mai Tai's were the worst I have had at any luxury resort. It's not the Four seasons or The Ritz Carlton and has limited hours for room service (strange for a 5 star resort hotel), but you also don't pay the premium price for the accommodations. The grounds were immaculate and clean, the views were incredible, the pool was great for kids and families (wish they would have a separate pool for the obnoxious and inebriated adults), and the beach/lagoon was conveniently close and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Ultimately it was worth the trip and would consider staying there again, should our next Hawaii trip be at the Big Island."

"We wanted for nothing. Everything was as pictured and described. Beds were comfy. Very quiet. Large home with room for everyone. Very clean and close to nice beaches. Such a terrific home in a beautiful community. Would definitely recommend 10/10. "
