"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever dealt with. Unable to get to the hotel because the only road to the hotel was closed. Hotel customer service was out-sourced and I had to talk to someone out of Japan that did not know anything about the hotel or roads in the area. After about 2 hours of back-and-forth via emails, they finally provided a number to the actual hotel, but the language barrier was a challenge. "My stay at Pension Meteor was amazing! The staff were so friendly and spoke fluent English. They went out of their way to help me plan activities on my trip and understand the area. The beds were comfortable and the ambience was cozy. They even have an adorable and calm dog on the property who greeted me whenever I returned to the Pension!
