"Our first time at this hotel and didn't know what to expect. We were very excited to see the clean, comfortable rooms. The view of the water and being right on the beach is a huge plus. Hotel has a nice restaurant and complimentary breakfast for the mornings. We definitely recommend the Parkshore hotel. "

"Nothing fancy of course but adequate for our needs. The only major thing was the AC didn't keep the room very cool. Very warm trying to sleep. "

"Excellent value for the money. Staff were very cheerful and helpful. We had one problem with the water, but the maintenance man fixed it promptly. The freezer section of the small fridge was frozen over, needed to be defrosted, but maybe that is common to this type of small refrigerator? We would certainly give you our business again! "

"The location is very good for going to pretty much anything in the area. The only complaints I had were 1. Don't be near the pool, way too loud and kids were obnoxious banging on doors etc. 2. Didn't have a very good breakfast on Thursday, no meat or eggs (besides gross already pealed hard-boiled eggs). Was good the rest of the stay. "

The weather did not allow us to use the beach and water, but perhaps on another visit. The front desk personnel were great and provided us with a main floor room when we requested no stairs. Our stay could not have been better."

From the moment we stepped on to the property Patricia had us feeling like her favorite family member coming for a visit! She was smiling, warm and welcoming every encounter we had. She went above and beyond making sure we had the best possible experience. Every room has a view of the water, there is parking on site, the office hours are limited, but they do mean it when they say to call...

"Excellent hotel with friendly & helpful staff. The outdoor hot tub closes at 10:00pm, but the staff kept it open for an extra hour for us after our long drive. "
