"The view of the ocean from this condo can’t be beat. We were thrilled at how often we saw whales while sitting on the lanai! The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. "

"Because of the photo reel highlighting the features of the place I expected that we would have an ocean view...the details describing the condo were accurate, so if I read the listing more carefully I would have known...my recommendation would be to take the picture of the view of the sunset over the ocean out of the early pics of photo reel and put it at the end...because there are condo's in that complex and other complexes that have the view of hanalei bay at sunset..otherwise the condo was...

"Beautiful property right on the water. We could walk 50 feet and be in the ocean! Pool and grounds were awesome! And this condo was super close to shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to the North shore or the South shore."

"The grounds are lovely and we had a wonderful stay. I would go again. But I would avoid the timeshare meeting! We were invited to a time share opportunity, and it was 2.5 hours of a hard sell with THREE representatives of the Bali Hai Vistas. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, right on the bike path and so close to grocery store and restaurants. The waves of the ocean the Sunrise and the Condo was clean and well maintained too. We used to live on Kauai, so we knew exactly where we wanted to stay. This place was perfect for us as we could walk anywhere, we wanted to or drive if we wanted to. The Pool and Hot tub were nice too."

"I liked the proximity to the marketplace, attractions, and the beach. I didn't love the roosters that wake you up at 6 am. But they are everywhere in Kauai so welcome to island living."

"The cliffs at Princeville were amazing! They had a spot you could watch the sunset with the view of the ocean, it was absolutely stunning. In unit washer and dryer was super convenient. Unit was bigger than expected for the price. Front desk staff were friendly and super helpful."

"The property fit my party of 5 well and the location was very convenient. We loved being on ground floor ocean front. We appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels available for our use. The sofa bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly. We also appreciated the laundry soap and having easy access to a washer and dryer.We couldn’t find a dustpan to help manage the sand but made do and it was nice to have the vacuum available. Definitely needs an update.

"Check in the young man was nice and courtesy. He was very helpful during our stay-from getting ice to exchanging towels. Cute touch to have ear plugs for the guests. Though the chickens and roosters did not bother us. It was great to see them all over! The place itself is very rundown and worn out. When we first pulled up it was kind of creepy and I was very disappointed. It could use a fresh coat of paint and definite update to electrical services. Having signs posted ‘don’t use the hairdryer while running the a/c could pop a breaker and your room could be without power’ is not the most comfortable feeling concerning the upkeep of the facility. Thoroughly my fault-I thought the room I reserved was one that had a kitchenette—‘microwave/fridge and dishes’ nope. Luckily they did have one in the lobby, though again ‘don’t use the microwave when the coffee maker is in use’ sign signifies a drastic upgrade is needed. Location is in an older part of Lihue. Little sketchy but convenient and centrally to where we wanted to be. "
