"When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! Jimbo, your manager was absolutely great. He helped us in every way to locate another unit etc. etc. You have a great employee!!! Regards; Dean"

"The condo was perfect - it was big, comfortable, and clean. Had all the amenities we needed. Our view overlooked the pool and a short walk to the beach. We loved staying in Kahana, close to great restaurants and beaches. We will be staying here again!! "

"Gorgeous, spacious and comfortable with what watching and sea turtles swimming by all day. The only beach is fairly small and a bit of a walk but really good snorkeling (just don’t tell anyone) and sea turtles galore! Would highly recommend and hope to return again soon. Take advantage of the free tickets through the rental agency as well!"

"Our room was lovely.The girl at the desk was very rude . Whatever questions we had she would always start with what is your room number. Once we gave to her she could not help us. This happened multiple times.I asked to use a pen. She asked my room number and then said we don’t have any. I asked for a pencil and she said we don’t use pencils."
