Picture falling asleep to the sound of the surf and waking to a view of the island of Molokai from the comfort of your king sized bed. The spacious lanai provides the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a sunset cocktail. Unlike many Maui condos, our unit is fully air-conditioned, however you will find that the natural breezes keep it quite cool.

With a fully renovated kitchen and bath, our unit provides a modern, comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing or beachgoing. We have spared no expense to equip our unit with all of the amenities you will need for a relaxing vacation and stocked the kitchen with every possible gadget for that gourmet meal. The kitchen boasts new cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. The unit is decorated with the artwork of renowned photographer Peter Lik and numerous local artists. We have added a La-Z-Boy twin sleeper chair to add accommodations for three and additional seating. The spa-like bath was retiled in an ultramodern style and is worthy of a high end resort. A new mattress and pillow topper were added in 2024.

When you are not out enjoying Maui’s attractions, you will find free WiFi, a high-definition cable TV and DVD/blue ray player.

The popular Royal Kahana resort in West Maui is situated right on the ocean in the quiet neighborhood of Kahana, 10 minutes north of Lahaina. The complex has numerous amenities, including a heated pool, gym, tennis courts, and a full time concierge.

Cooler than Lahaina, and drier than Kapalua, Kahana provides a perfect base for exploring the island and easy access to town and to all of west Maui’s famous beaches. Within a few minutes walk you will find numerous restaurants and shops, with many others just a short drive away. The nearest full supermarket is within a 2 minute drive. Two days a week you will find fresh local produce, coffee and pastries at the nearby Napili farmers market.

Can't beat the view!!!
The building itself was a little sketchy but once inside the condo....THAT VIEW!! Big perfect picture views of the ocean in the living room and from the bedroom. The place was perfect for my husband and i, very quaint and cozy. Absoluetly a must stay place for the price!! Everyone was super nice, we appreciate you letting us stay in your little slice of paradise.

Todd's condo is clean , modern and spacious. Everything you need is there along with those little extras. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony as well as a beautiful sunset. Todd is very easy to reach and responds quickly to any questions you have. We would definitely stay there again!

The location was perfect for doing all there is to do in Maui, everyone at the resort was friendly, it is s quiet resort, the owner is so helpful and accommodating, he sent us packets of information via email which was very helpful in planning our week, always responsive, and we were so thankful for the beach chairs and cooler that were in the condo for our use. I would stay there again if ever blessed to return.

Perfect Studio Great View!
We spent 9 days here and it was great! The studio condo has everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and remodeled. The King bed was so comfortable! We loved watching the whales from the Lanai. It’s great because it’s always shaded. Todd the owner gave us incredible information on exploring Maui. Brand new beach chairs were awesome for waking up early and heading to Slaughterhouse beach with coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

Had such a great experience with this VRBO. Instructions were easy to understand. Had no issues with the rental while there. The location was perfect for all west Maui activities and was a beautiful drive from the airport. Towels and linens were very nicely kept. Pictures on app are exactly how the condo looks. This unit was exactly what we needed for our stay. Its was awesome. We have stayed at this location before and this unit was exactly as listed. The owner Todd is incredible with communication. It comes with everything you need for beach days, Coolers, Umbrellas, Awesome chairs. We stayed just over 3 weeks. We love Maui and Kahana / Napili Area. We will be back. Thanks Todd for everything. Great couple stay!
This Vrbo was great for just my husband and I! (Would not recommend for more than 1 couple just fyi). We had all the amenities we needed within the condo for cooking/living space on a vacation. Location was great for multiple beach access, grocery stores, restaurants, even a local food truck park! Everything was great! The building even held our bags on our departure date since we had 7 hours between checkout and flight, so we could go to the beach one last time and use the showers to clean up before heading to the airport. Recommend all around!

Perfect vacation spot
We had a wonderful vacation in Maui, and the condo couldn't have been more perfect. We enjoyed great meals at restaurants within walking distance. The lanai was great for enjoying the ocean view and breezes as we ate our breakfast or rested from a busy day. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and we even enjoyed snorkeling with the equipment provided. Todd, the owner couldn't have been more gracious and accomodating. We will definitely love staying here again if our travels take us to Maui. Thank you.

Excellent condo!
This condo exceeded our expectations. Great value. You can tell the owners take great pride in it and treat it like a home away from home. Everything is very well kept and clean. The view from the lanai is even better in person. We were very impressed with everything. The location is very convenient and nice. We will definitely rent this condo again next time we visit Maui. The added twin sleeper was perfect for our toddler. Central AC worked great and Wi-fi was fast. Mahalo!

50th Anniversary Celebration
My husband and I chose to return to Kahana for our 50th Anniversary with some friends. We chose to stay at Todd's studio unit at Royal Kahana as our friends were staying nearby. Todd was extremely helpful with our booking and the condo was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located to Lahaina, Kaanapali and Napili - within walking distance to several restaurants. The unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies and toiletries. The view was fantastic and our trip was a huge success. Thank you Todd for your assistance with our booking!

Loved the location of this condo. The lanai was super comfortable and we had beautiful sunset views. Loved the shower and the laundry machines were awesome. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was nice to have as well. WIFI didn't work for us and the TV was a bit tricky to use, but other than that we had an amazing time. FYI: the condo is the furthest one from the elevator on this floor, which is ok unless you are carrying a bunch of stuff!

Everything about this place made me feel like home!!! It was also very convenient to everything. The sunsets on the balcony were so beautiful. The studio was equipped with every single little thing you may need. The owner was so nice and very quick to respond to anything I asked. The complex workers were so sweet and polite. The pool was warm and relaxing. We went to Napili beach, it was a 6 minute drive. There was a little beach access in the complex too but we didn’t go in that one. I left some playing cards and Crayons, so that the next guests can create some memories, playing card games and also draw something cool about their experience. I wrote about my family’s adventure in their guest book, incase you need some pointers on your trip. I already miss being there, Hawaii was an experience I won’t ever forget! We Loved this area and studio! The washer and dryer in unit was a plus. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!! Till I see you again Hawaii!

Great Updated Studio With Kitchen and Great View!!
The condo is perfect. Todd is a great owner and communicator. The condo is updated beautifully with every amenity you could hope for! Our only complaint is that Mother Nature has eroded the beach and the Royal Kahana is trying to fix the problem, but construction on that project is early and not pretty. Todd was very understanding and considerate about this issue. Thank you Todd for a wonderful stay. We'd highly recommend this or any other properties owned by Todd Christenson.
