"Do not book here. They “do not use internet,” so they did not receive my “confirmed reservation.” I had traveled three hours to get to Guangzhou, just to be told I did not have somewhere to stay. I showed the lady at the desk my reservation and she simply told me “You do not have a room.” Did not offer any help or resolution or apologies. Terrible way to operate. "

"Had trouble booking in as 3rd party booking didnt confirm and took 1& half hours. Staff Chinese language only no English. Originally had room no window then changed after a few days to room with window. I really liked this room. Location was excellent for my needs with so many food options and close enough to local sights. Really enjoyed walking around the back alleys for a real feel of local life."

"Actually i paid for 15days ,after spending 6days i choose to live the hotel,and i requested for refund of the remaining days,But they refused to send me the money. And it wasn't told of this when i was booking. "
