"Room wasn’t clean. Lots of stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Dirty shower and the water pressure was very low. They also would not store our bags after check out. Early check out at 10am and not being able to store our bags is super inconvenient. Our ferry was at 4pm but the earliest ferry was 12noon. So even with the earliest ferry you have to drag your bags around for hours. "

Quando chegamos na pousada, ninguém explica nada sobre nada, não passa senha de internet, não fala sobre o chuveiro. Somente entregam uma ficha para preenchermos e a chave do quarto. nem sei se lá é vendido algo para deixarmos na geladeira do quarto, pois não foi explicado nem oferecido. "Outstanding stay! The views were amazing and the sounds of nature are wonderful at night. The staff is exceptional, professional and personable ready to help with anything. The hotel is in a quiet area with nothing else around it besides the floating restaurant which operates until 16:00 so we enjoyed relaxing, going to the beach, and reading. I loved every aspect of it! "

"The pousada was homey and comfortable. The colored bungalows made it feel a bit like a sleepaway camp and the home cooking made it feel like staying with a family. Great place if you're not looking for anything too upscale and are happy with mellow vibes. The grounds are beautifully kept and there's a nice, small pool. It's isolated on its' own more remote part of the island, but it's a short walk out to the dock to hop on a boat and explore the other wonders of Ilha Grande. "
