A good hotel in an excellent position. Just needs updating a little and if you are sensitive to noise it is not sound proof and so you will hear those who speak loudly.

As instalações precisam de manutenção. A geladeira estava desligada e cheia de água de degelo dentro. As roupas de cama bem velhas e a colcha tinha até furo de cigarro. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, nosso quarto tinha teias de aranha, muitos mosquitinhos de banheiro e até barata apareceu. A descarga do vaso do banheiro estava vazando e a tomada do banheiro estava com a tampa frouxa. A localização é ok e os funcionários, que não ficam o tempo todo na pousada, são simpáticos.

Petit hôtel sympa dans la nature. Petit déjeuner agréable avec vue magnifique sur la nature. Chambre correcte. Attention la réception n'est pas ouverte 24h sur 24. Il faut téléphoner en cas d'absence après 19h.

Decepção e desconforto...
Infelizmente posso dizer que não foi boa: nada de quarto de casal superior, optei por um na reserva e fiquei no desconfortável quarto standard, com direito a box vazando água no piso, banheiro minúsculo e porta do quarto com defeito, sem fechar por fora tendo que usar cadeado improvisado. Já tinha me hospedado no CLH de Bonito e foi uma estadia perfeita e agradável, o que não foi o caso dessa lamentável passagem por Ilha Grande - RJ.

Value to Price is very high; changed three rooms due to extending reservations, one room did not have decent hot water, in an another the sink was clogged, third was quite well so standards vary by room.

Hospedagem maravilhosa e inesquecível.
A recepção ao chegar no hotel foi maravilhosa. Todos sempre disponíveis a ajudar e indicar locais para conhecer. Quarto confortável, limpo. Café da manha otimo e as atendentes do café tambem super simpáticas e acolhedoras. Agradeco principalmente Kyky e Dandara por todos os dias que passei no hotel e foram tão educadas, cordiais, sempre dispostas a ajudar. Localização do hotel perfeita, bem localizado e uma vista muito linda das montanhas e do mar (vista do local do caféda manhã).
