"The hotel staff is efficient and friendly. The room we stayed has non-working drain stoppers in sink and bathtub. But it’s ok for us. Overall the room is comfortable, window A/c is quiet and breakfast is free with basics. It’s 1 min walk to a chain restaurant which we also find convenient."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff - kind and helpful. Had to go to several floors to find a drink vending machine that worked. The driveway was not plowed upon arrival. Most cars including myself got stuck trying to get out in the morning. I understand winter storms in VT but parking lot was poorly maintained - disappointing. "

"Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room was basic, but that was expected due to the age of the building. Clean and sanitized, but definitely needed some “deep” cleaning, like dusting baseboards and taking marks off walls. Overall a good experience and in a great location. Would visit again!"

"Stayed from Friday to Sunday to ski at Mount Snow and Okemo. Very nice reception staff (they offered a refund when I had to cancel a night) and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While it was not a luxury stay, for $100 a night, it was an amazing deal, and I would highly recommend. The only issue is the walls could be slightly thicker"
