"We usually like to stay here in that it's location is convenient for travels, to downtown Petaluma, and shopping nearby. The building we were in this time was closer to the freeway/entrance so it was somewhat noisy - so it helped to turn the fan on. It feels safe on the grounds. and It's nice to have the breakfast available. "

"Our stay at the Inn at the Tides was a sorely needed respite from the city. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the fireplace was a great touch. The grounds were lush with colorful flora. In the morning, we woke up to the sounds of Mourning Doves. In the evening, we relaxed in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again."

"Not thrilled with check-in. It is a screen- no human interaction. Frustrated that even after checking in online, I still had to get out credit card to apply their deposit. Should have all been done at once. Their printer ran out of paper and I didn’t get my room number till a human was summoned to help me. Not a fan of this system. Otherwise, all was good. The breakfast attendant is very helpful and friendly. "
