"Overall our stay at this property was very enjoyable. It is a beautiful, spacious home. Jan was always very pleasant and responsive. The reason for 4 instead of 5 included that it was known that the washing machine was not working and we were not notified. Fortunately we have handy family members who remedied the problem. And when one smoke detector required a battery there were none on the property and no manager available to provide one. The final disappointment is that we were not allowed to...

"Great place to spend weekend or more and relax. Property is in excellent condition, very friendly owners. Beautiful spiritual garden. It is dog friendly and it was a huge plus for us since we came with 120 lb German Shepherd... Kitchen had everything we needed. It is walking distance from beautiful empty beach and 1.5 Miles to downtown Bolinas. Highly recommended."

"The driveway is a little tricky especially getting out. It’s narrow and uphill and dumps you onto highway one. The transition from driveway to highway made both my rear tires spin trying to get out while cars are already traveling 45mph "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property perched on a hillside above Dillon Beach. The house is 360 views you can watch the sunrise and sunset from this location. The mountain has deer, hawks, bunnies. The house had all the amenities you'd need for a dinner. The house is perched on a hill so you will get a workout in and need to be in good shape. The house has about 90 steps up so it's a bit of a haul for luggage and groceries but I thought worth it because of the view. "

"I picked this property to have a couple of friends come out to help celebrate a milestone birthday. We had a great time at the house which is set up perfectly. The common area has a ton of space and is good for when everyone wants to be together and good if people want a little separation. All of the bedrooms are in separate corners of the house which is also nice. Would love to come back in the warmer months when we can use the dock.
