We were emailed the access number to our room so we never came in contact with anyone from the facility. My only concern was if we left our access number in the room we would have been locked out. "Took my family and my sisters family to Branson for weekend trip to visit silver dollar City. Overall the place was great for us. Very clean, very prompt responses with the owners. Plenty of room for all 11 of us . We did get a little lost finding the place but texted the owners for a quick response to get us there. We also had our 13 yr old dog with us and it was very good for her . "

"The living room and kitchen are alot smaller than I expected by looking at the pictures. The couch only sits 3 adults. The entry way is on the back of the house so be prepared to carry your things. It’s more like a 2 story apartment. It is very clean but tight quarters with a large family."
