"The ONLY complaint I had was the cleanliness of the rugs in the cabin. They were filthy, and we moved them out of the cabin so the baby wasn't crawling on them. Beyond that, we loved our stay, the staff was great, the size was great for our family and I would love to stay here again. It was convenient to Silver Dollar City."

"We had a great time staying in the connected 2 bedroom and one bedroom. It was perfect for 3 couples and a 1 year old. Some discrepancies with the description, but with a short phone call was able to work it out with no issues. A small issue with one door code not working but that was fixed by text and fast. Great customer service and no other problems. The condo was very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were well stocked. Would stay here again."

"Everything about the property was nice. Pricey but nice. My only complaint is the fact you can hear people above you. From 7am to 10pm i could hear kids running around above us, and people walking til midnight above my bed. Which there is nothing wrong with it, just lack of insulation between floors is all. "The property was very attractive and looked brand new. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It included hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. TVs in all the rooms. "The location was beautiful. The communication sends out automated texts that may or may not be applicable to your stay. We changed our dates by a day and they did not update that in their system so I was very confused on my end on when we could check in or if they even had the right days. The rooms didnā€™t feel super clean to me, behind the Murphy bed was disgusting. I asked them to pick up our trash, and it stayed outside our room for two days while the stray dogs went thru it and tore it apart....

There is a row of newly built condos behind so traffic and noise can pose an issue. Also we chose this property for the hot tub access as we went during off season, too cold to utilize the lake. The hot tub was not open when we arrived."
