"There was overflowing garbage cans. Breakfast was meh. Carpeting in our room was old. This place could use some upgrades, but then they would have to raise the price. There is a heated pool. The website does not state this. Pets are allowed for a fee. "

"It was a good stay. Convenient location. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Walking distance to the Now Arena. The hotel is new. Every thing was very clean and well maintained. We mainly went to let the kids swim in the indoor pool. The pool was a bit cold, but had plenty of seating and pool towels were always filled. The pool is on on the smaller side, but just fine for our kids to shake off the midwinter blues. Love the coffee machine in the lobby! Access to 24/7 free fresh coffee is...

"Well kept older property. I stayed in a Superior King room and no problem with cleanliness of the facility...and I travel for work so am very picky. Have stayed here a few times now and have no major complaints."

"Great experience! The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and smelled clean as well. No stains on towels or bedding. Excellent hot water and pressure with all showers. We did not eat breakfast there only because we were visiting family due to a loss. We didn’t have time to check out the pool unfortunately. The only thing we noticed that could be improved was the bed. It wasn’t terrible but one a bit more comfortable would’ve made our stay darn near perfect! "

"Decent for the price. No garbage room on 1st floor. Washers don't directly accept credit card. You need 9 quarters or download the app. No coin machine. Front desk staff hide in the back. Couldn't hear me but came out when phone rang? "
