"Great line of staff through and through. Won’t hesitate to come back. Definitely a solid recommendation. Politeness of the staff is the top choice of any hotel accommodation. This hotel has great training for keeping the standard. I want to say the room is clean but the area from the minifridge has some odor. Checked in pretty late so didn’t bother to follow thru. The openness of the surrounding making the place pretty not creepy at all. It’s a pretty nice area and neighborhood to stay in. "

"We enjoyed our stay in room 415. The room was clean and updated. The beds and chairs were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although there was no coffee maker or microwave in the room, we had access to a microwave, and hot water for coffee or tea (or oatmeal we brought) in the lobby. We were provided a big mini fridge in the room with ample freezer space to refreeze our soft side cooler ice pack. This was a more important feature for us We are road tripping across the US on Spring Break, only stayed one night and had packed food for meals on the road. While there is no complimentary breakfast, for $15/person you could purchase a nice hot breakfast if needed. If you are looking for an affordable and nice place to stay, I highly recommend Double Tree Schaumburg. We paid $100 after taxes. A great room at a great price!"
