"The location is great, a short walk to the beach, but away from noisy bars. Clean apartment with aging furniture. We liked the outdoor spaces for hanging out, the patio for our unit and the pool area. The little pool has lots a shade, which is great in the heat of the day. But property maintenance is lacking, with broken furniture by the pool and "junk" lying around. With a little more maintenance, this would be a fantastic spot."

With Joaquin’s directions it was very easy to find using Google maps and the pic he sent of the front gate let us know we were definitely in the right spot.
