She kept asking for a code from the airline which was the man's situation, not mine. "A lot of reviews complained about the size of the room and the noise. This is an old hotel and the room was small and oddly shaped, but not claustrophobic and certainly not uncomfortable. The bathroom and the room had be renovated to modern standards and look. The clerk at the desk was helpful and friendly. Given the fact that this hotel cost more than 60% less than ones in the same location, I was expecting the worse and was pleasantly surprised. "

"Experienced an easy check-in. Sitting area seemed relaxing and cozy. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The breakfast they served was very good. They served hot foods, had a make-your-own pancake & waffle station. Also had muffins, danish, toast, yogurt, cereal, etc. Dining area was spacious and clean as well. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, so can’t comment. Check out was quick and hassle-free. Staff was very professional, helpful and courteous....
