"Had a great stay! Our room was clean and everything was working. Great location to access all the lakeshore has to offer from Muskegon to Holland. Breakfast was a great and had so many options. The pancake maker was a huge hit for our little one. The pool was clean and warm. Only issues we had were very minor and didn't affect our stay - The hot tub was missing a drain cover but still usuable and, at the times we went, there were no clean towels in the pool area. "

"I chose this hotel because it advertised as being pet-friendly. 24 hours before check-in, I received an automated text saying no pets allowed subject to $250 fee. It's my fault for not calling the hotel to confirm, but upon arrival I found pets were allowed for $25/day. I wish my pup didn't have to miss out on our little family staycation! Also, the automated message said check-in was at 4pm. Check-in is at 3pm, as confirmed by the wonderful hotel staff. The hot tub is permanently out of...

We loved the coffee/tea area in the lobby and the free breakfast was even better than expected. Room was clean and had super comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!"
