"was there for a wedding at the Pen Ryn estate which is less than 2 miles away. Great location- staff was super friendly. Only bad thing is were room 254 right next to the elevator that made a horrible noise everytime the elevator was used. "

When I got there at 9:00 I was told there was no accessible room for me available. Can you imagine if I needed one and they had given it away. I tried to ell the check in person, but he was too busy on his phone to listen. Then he have me two beds in a room. Then he told me my card was declined, which I knew it was not possible. "The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and nice. The room was to be a non smoking room but smelled like smoke and there was a burn hole in the comforter. Temperature was nice. The remote to the tv didnt work. The fridge was good sized. Room was clean."
