"I was actually surprised at how the clean the hotel is. The bed was very comfortable. Another surprise was how fast their WiFi is. Now that was the first time ever I found fast Wifi in a hotel. The only drawback was the nearby shops. There are two take aways shops on the left but I didnt like them so I walked further around the bend where I found a delightful Fish & Chips shop where they sell fresh Fish & Chips for next to nothing. "Excellent property. Very comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. Great communication with the hosts, they were very helpful. The site is great with lots to do and near local attractions such as Bridlington, Skipsea Animal and Bird Gardens, Hornsea, etc. All in all a truly lovely weekend away. "

"Never stay here. Was filthy looked like a crack house no communication at all. Had to find somewhere else last minute for 5 people as I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in this house! "

" Perfect position near all amenities. Great access to beach. The caravan was clean and very well equipped including excellent cooking and washing facilities. Unfortunately there were no drying facilities, even for wet towels and swimwear. The indoor and outdoor furniture was rather tired and uncomfortable. "

"Caravan was filthy, the cooker was dirty and didn't work. The cooker hood was filthy. The heating didn't work . The blinds were broken. A smell coming from under sink. It wasn't fit for purpose. Mould in main bedroom,caravan was damp."

"SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...
