"I was in town for business and accommodations are very important to me. The hotel was clean inside and outside. My room was amazing! I can’t express how impressed I was with staff as well, they were professional/knowledgeable/ and friendly!"

"This place is due for a ton of upgrades. The elevator was filthy and looked like someone had gotten a haircut in it. Not to mention it's SLOOOOOOW! The room was bare bones even though it's a suite. There's not even a lamp. One out of four light switches in the room actually controlled something. Unfortunately, you either have a super bright room from all of the overhead light being on, or you're in the dark. Oh boy, it has a stove! Except there's absolutely NOTHING in the room to use on it. "The room was immaculate when I walked in however there was a slight stench. Not a big issue as I keep air freshener. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain but I made it work. No complaints on anything else. Overall, everything was great and the room was so spacious. "

"This hotel says they offer WIFI in the rooms but the signal doesn’t reach the rooms. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and all three different rooms lacked WIFI service. "

"Negatives: the bathroom door always swung to close. Not usually a problem but it made a loud popping noise when opened as the door would stick. The person above me was heard well while getting ready to go in the morning . Didn’t hear people on hallway. Pros: Bed was very comfortable! Very close to shopping and not too far from exploring downtown. "
