"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

My son, daughter-in-law and my one year year-old granddaughter had their own room and bathroom and I had my own room worked out perfectly very clean and Victor was great. "Some of the reviews gave me pause, but we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had ample supplies in the kitchen. Yes, there was not an overabundance of towels, but the ones provided were fluffy and you can bring extra if you like more than one per guest. There is plenty of closet storage to bring anything extra that you need. We would stay here again."

"The property manager was very responsive. The property exceeded our expectations. In addition to being clean and linens provided, there were snacks, beverages, and toiletries. We never heard any noise from the adjacent neighbors. We would definitely stay at this property again."

He responds immediately to your questions and he checks in with you to ensure you are pleased with the accommodations or to see if you need anything. Linens are new and essentials are provided. If you like the sounds of nature on a lake with a nice place to sit on the porch it is delightful.
