I’ve seen crazy houses cleaner than this property and the rooms here. There were blood stains on the drapes and broken cabinets and lamps. The bed frame was broken. Terrible.

I needed a place with a mattress and a working hot shower. The property scored high on both! If you're looking for something else, you won't find it here. Run-down hotel and room, neighbors quiet between 2:00am and 5:00am, all kinds of hair found in bathroom, dirty towels in drawers, stained blanket, TV remote given at reception if you don't forget to ask for one, no hangers, no iron, broken lock. Friendly staff. Still overpriced.

They had no control for the TV, there was no phone in case something happened. The room was super dirty and we arrived at dawn and there were people smoking outside the room that was difficult to get since the girl didn't tell us the room number

The clientel of this place is rough. I had not been in my room 5 minutes when I heard people outside yelling the F word at each other more than ten times. Through the night I heard angry shouting matches and one fight. The room was in bad shape. Patches on the wall that had never been painted, a broken light switch, cigarette burns on the furniture, rusty vents in the bathroom, etc. I must say that the linens were clean and the bed and pillows were not bad. The staff was not unfriendly to me but were clearly not professional class. You just did not feel safe here. I parked my car right outside my room and kept checking on it all night. The room was reasonably priced, but for an extra 10 or 15 dollars per night, I will just go elsewhere. Definitely not recommended for women travelling along or for those with children.

The worst property i've ever booked on here. I felt unsafe being there and i refused the nasty room they teied to rent me. No lamp shades, one blown buld between the 2 lamps, and the sour mildew smell was so strong it was hard to breathe in the room when i first went in.

We were looking for a cheap place to sleep and we got exactly that. This is obviously an extended stay motel with full time residents. The property has an undated feel upon arrival with we had to safely issues while there. The rooms could definitely be updated and cleanliness left a lot to be desired but the floors were laminate instead of carpet and that eased our minds about the possibility of bed bugs. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and check in was one of my better experiences when compared to other properties.

I can’t hold the clerk at desk responsible but I can assure you that I will always check a room out before checking in next time. We immediately checked out and went down the road. If I could put my pics taken, I’m sure Expedia wouldn’t have them.

Horrible experience. I booked and reserved TWO rooms and when my employees went to check in they SOLD our rooms even though i already PAID for them. There werw no more rooms in the city we had to drive 3.5 hours BACK home
