"Carpeted floor was sopping wet by the AC unit. Contacted front desk and they didn’t have another room for us to move into. We had to put towels on the floor to mark the areas we needed to avoid since we were traveling with small children. We were too exhausted to find another hotel and move to. It was only for one night so we had to bare the conditions. "
