"Our stay here was fine. Had to stay here because our first booking in Tupelo we canceled due to a natural gas pipeline explosion 2 days before that nobody bothered to notify us of. No hot water and no restaurants open in town open. Du to no natural gas. All other hotels in area booked up we had to drive additional 100 miles to Memphis to get a room. Thank you to the hotel in Tupelo and Hotells.com for the warning we did not receive when other customers were notified two days before."
