Showers were great, 3 separate ones with lockable doors. 2 bathrooms, female and male, were okay, there is really no need for them to be gendered as they are the same, but unfortunately the woman’s would sometimes run out of toilet paper and all the extra was kept in the men’s. "The property was clean, reception friendly and speak English, the room was simple but comfortable, I felt very safe in the building as well late at night. There are many good restaurant near the dormitory."

"We got a room that was nothing like the pictures on their site. When I phoned the lady for some additionally items she was very helpful. The listing did not state it was a shated communal kitchen. We all found the beds very uncomfortable. On a positive side it was quiet and the tram stop was at the end of the road so a good location. "

The two ring cooker was dirty old and had tape stuck on the knobs. The bathroom was terrible with a dirty shower unit. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero cuenan con todo lo necesario, incuyendo area de lavadoras y secadoras. El personal es muy amable. "The front staff was excellent and so friendly. In an older historical building with beautiful floors. A good spot to sleep and rest. Shower were good water pressure. There is a metro stop in front of the building which helps you access all of Vienna. "
