"Although the room was slightly smaller than I expected it was very clean and in good condition which is the main criteria for any hotel stay. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Area has an abundance of shopping, dining, and transportation options. Would certainly stay here again."

It is less than a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station, but conversely this does make it quite noticable when trains are arriving/departing. "This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold.
