"Clean rooms , quiet area"

"I was given a smokers room so I asked the clerk to switch out. She said.no because I booked through hotels.com/expedia nothing could be done. I would have to book through motel 6 nest time. So we got to the room and it was horrible! Reeled of years of smoke,hole in bathroom door. The final insult was the bed. The springs were poking through the mattress. It was like a bed of nails. ! So we kinda lost it and were preparing to leave The phone rang and it was the front desk She now offered...

"The guest service person was excellent! Helpful and professional! The outer exterior looked promising but as we enter the unit we were very disappointed in the furnishings. Tried to make it modern but did so with cheap materials. Bed had springs that made noise on every movement. The sheets were discolored and had holes and stains on the top cover. No shampoo or shower wash. Towels need replacing as grey and rough . Bleached to the point of fraying ! Only good part was the staff. The upgrades...
