"The hotel is in the middle of the town. It's easy to walk to places. The hotel/cabin we rented had no drain stopper for the kids to take a bath, no cooking supplies like pots and pans, no paper towels,.... some of the lights also didn't work. Our cabin had a little gated side yard and one of the workers went into it when my kids were playing without telling us. It was awkward . The hotel needs renovation. It wouldn't be my first choice if I went again but there is worse."

"Friendly staff, clean room, plenty of space, I didn't have a removable shower head so those must not be in all the rooms like the pictures lead you to believe but it was at least adjustable. the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were practically useless, but i suppose that is par for the course when the default mattress type of seemingly every single hotel is super firm and the default pillow type goes flat with the smallest amount of pressure."

"I cannot say enough how thankful we are for the staff at this hotel. Our toddler had a medical emergency during our stay and the front counter staff stayed with us and were trying to calm down our daughter until the ambulance came. Thank you to those employees and we will be staying again next time we come through. "

"Grand Pines Cabins were just as cute as the pictures showed. The room wasn’t the biggest, but enough room to relax in the king bed and watch a show with the complimentary Disney/Hulu. We had some leftovers from the Mexican place next door and were able to enjoy them the next day thanks to the mini fridge and microwave. There’s also lots of options for food/drinks and places to play for kids walking distance from the cabins. Check in and checkout went smooth. And overall we enjoyed our stay...

"I was disappointed that there were no safety bars in the bath. My room had a tub shower but absolutely no safety rails and I found the tub while showering to be a bit slippery. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. I hope they will consider installing safety bars/rails into all their showers. "

"This has been our favorite vacation rental ever! The owner is very thoughtful. We had so much fun on the lake and playing games in the game room. Can’t wait to come back!"
