"When we arrived they had soup and popcorn. They serve soup Sunday to Thursday morning in the lobby! The whole staff team were very personable. I do not have a single complaint about my stay. This is a rare occurrence for me in the hotel industry."

"I had a wonderful stay here. I booked a suite and it was very spacious, had a mini fridge & microwave. A seating area with the kitchen at the entrance, and another couch/seating area on the other side of the bed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was great, eggs, beans, sausages, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, oatmeal. Coffee , tea & hot water were always available. "When you check in they tell you they're taking a certain amount of the room price. But then a couple of days later my card had the room charge plus another charge for the exact amount they "took off". It's super shady. When I called I was told it was a cancellation fee, but I didn't cancel? I did however cancel my future bookings with them."
