"The address given on Hotels.com. When I went to the location and called them because I could not find the location, they could not help me. The room itself is very stuffy from the bathroom. With the balcony door closed the room has a slight mildew smell. Turning the AC on helped a little. It seemed like people in other rooms smoked because I was able to smell smoke while in my room. The comforter was folded and stuffed in the closet when I got to the room. It looked like it had not been cleaned...

"Cannot recommend this place enough. The hospitality and the surroundings made us feel right at home. We loved that is was really close to town. We were served simple but delicious food for breakfast. Everything was really fresh. The room we got looked brand new, and the bed was big and comfortable. "Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They gave me a great tour on a moto of the surrounding tourist sites, cooked me delicious breakfast every morning, and gave me some free wine every night. My room was clean, toilet and shower works great, and plenty of hot water. The surrounding city/village is beautiful. They assisted me in booking my next bus to Sapa village. "
