"Staff was courteous and helpful. Check in/out was easy. For a building of it's age it was in good repair and well maintained. However, to say my mattress was uncomfortable is an understatement. When I sat on it it appeared thick, but was the most flimsy thing I've slept on short of a cheap pull-out couch. Rooms were fairly sound proof from neighbors. Took an Uber there, but there seemed to be ample parking. Continental breakfast was offered and looked well stocked but I opted not to eat. ...

"I like the laywout of the breakfast space, different choices for breakfast, clean rooms, big rooms. Cons: weak shower and pool outside. Looking foward for a second stay in my next visit to the area."

"Very nice, recently renovated hotel just off I95. The personnel were very helpful, the self parking is easy, the rooms well appointed, and there are good restaurants nearby. A full breakfast is included. Downtown Newburyport is an easy 15 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again."
