"The staff are lovely and really friendly. Raja was smiley and helpful, which was nice to be welcomed to. They are available 24 hours a day to let you in and out. Absolutely perfect for a quick weekend stop to be in the heart of East London. It'll give a good reflection of hardcore urban living in London. "Check in was a little chaotic. Guy said I didnt have the right booking info, even though I showed him all the documentation received and the actual booking on Expedia app. He eventually allowed me to stay on production of my driving license. I'd booked a room with a double bed but he gave me a room with 3 single beds. All that said, the room was fine and more like an apartment (cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery). "Very convenient for tube. Easy check in with key code. Room was fine but we were in the ground floor front room, despite window covering it was very bright in the morning and some noise from people in and out the front door. Also the shower was extremely hot and we couldn’t find how to adjust it. Overall satisfied with stay though. "
