"Nice, clean place to stay, but we have stayed several times and there is never hot water. It is luke warm at best. Not very relaxing when you're wanting a hot shower after a fun day. "

" We arrived late at night to the hotel, and the staff that checked us in were very helpful and kind. The rooms were really clean, the beds were comfortable, and even though our room was by the elevators, it was quiet throughout the night. What would have made our stay great was if the coffee served the next morning was good. Unfortunately the coffee was extremely weak with little flavor so that first cup had to be found elsewhere( a little detail to some but to a coffee lover- a game...

However the gentleman at the front desk recognized we needed to be somewhere, he was able to fast track us to our room by confirming it was ready with other staff and manually taking my information. This was terrific service. The only complaint I have about this hotel was I reserved the room on the wrong date in error and I failed to see the print that that my reservation was non refundable even though I didn’t cancel, I...
