"Checkin was easy. Snacks and kitchen area were nice. Nice touches like white noise machine, eye masks, etc were a really unexpected and nice touch. Our room was a bit cramped, and it would’ve been nice to have some plates and cutlery in the kitchen. The microwave was way too loud too. We felt like we were disturbing everyone, every time we used it. "

"Had a girls weekend & stayed in the top floor 2 bedroom suite. It was a perfect getaway, with ample room. The kitchen was great for a quick breakfast before heading out and the living room was great for watching a movie at night. Parking was provided behind the house, but we didn’t need to move the car after parking originally because everything was very walkable. "This was THE best place I have ever stayed. I was traveling with my four kiddos and husband and there was plenty of space for us. The free snacks and ice cream made the stay for them memorable. The building itself had been beautifully restored and the space is huge. There is a great quiet and picturesque place to read and a beautiful old library with a gorgeous pool table for some fun. I can’t wait to go back! Beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless. I can’t recommend this place...

"Great central location to stay to explore the Shenandoah Valley area. Modern and clean. Kitchen stocked well with cookware, dishes and utensils to make meals on site if you choose. Beautiful view and trails on the property to hike. Close to antique shops, gas stations, dining, shopping and historical sites. "

"The Honey B was everything as described. It was quaint, well appointed with nice touches, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and the many birds in the yard. It was a convenient drive into Charlottesville. We highly recommend. "

"We arrived after dark and there was zero lighting toward the door (had to use iPhone light). Approaching the front door, we saw a bag of garbage ripped open and blocking our path to the door.
