"We usually like to stay here in that it's location is convenient for travels, to downtown Petaluma, and shopping nearby. The building we were in this time was closer to the freeway/entrance so it was somewhat noisy - so it helped to turn the fan on. It feels safe on the grounds. and It's nice to have the breakfast available. "

"Not thrilled with check-in. It is a screen- no human interaction. Frustrated that even after checking in online, I still had to get out credit card to apply their deposit. Should have all been done at once. Their printer ran out of paper and I didn’t get my room number till a human was summoned to help me. Not a fan of this system. Otherwise, all was good. The breakfast attendant is very helpful and friendly. "

"Took a trip with 3 of my girlfriends and we had 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. While we did not get to try the spa services this trip I saw many people enjoying them and would love to come back. The grounds offered activities and places to sit and relax. The mineral pool and hot tubs were very relaxing. If I had any negatives it would be the smoke detector losing battery and going off at 5:00am, we had to get it down and figure out how to disable it.
