"Nice apartment for the price. Ashvin and his wife are very pleasant people. The lady housekeeper was very nice also. Walkable to the big mall and food court and walkable to the beach and bus line to other beaches. All in all a very enjoyable stay."

"The noise! If you like blasting music; screaming, undisciplined children; and ignorant families who yell at each other from all over the property, then, between the direct neighbours partying all day (10:00 am to midnight) for three days straight and the ignorant guests yelling at each other from all over the property, as if it's their private estate, Villa Narmada is the place for you! You'll also be content if you feel "security" means a wide open front lobby door at 1:30 am and the "guard"...

"First room was dirty and lacked amenities. Bedroom air conditioner leaked and upon a two-hour leave, returned to bed being soaked and floor with significant water pools on the tile floor. When asked to move, there was a great hesitation to switch. When received second room, the amenities were appropriate and air conditioners didn't leak. I feel as though I was being taken advantage (sub-par room) of upon my arrival, and only when there was a significant problems did the hotel allocate...
