"When I checked in I was asked if I wanted a late check-out (1 hr)- no mention of cost. I agreed. In the meantime, I received a text offering late check-out for $30. I went to the front desk and said to cancel the late check-out. She assured me that it was cancelled and gave me a receipt with a zero balance. Unfortunately, it had already beem charged to my account even before it was scheduled to occur - wrong on multiple counts. It was a negative experience after an OK stay. I will be following...

"I called and asked if there was a jacuzzi in the king size room and the guy said yes our room didn't have the jacuzzi in it i couldn't get the bathtub thing to go down so couldn't take a bath and the indoor swimming pool was down for maintenance "
