"Beautiful place with carved pillars, unique furnitures and deco. The stuff is super friendly and nice. They provide all the stuff for marshmallow roasting at the fire pit near the pool. The only problem we had is to find the place at night. Our GPS guided us to a nearby property which was closed at the time. Later on we found out that we need use the name of the property instead of the address of the property for GPS to guide us to the right place. "

"During our family road trip, we were disappointed to find that the pool was under renovation. We had specifically chosen this hotel for its pool, as it was important to us and our children to have a place to relax in the evenings. Our kids love swimming, and this was a key factor in our decision. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed at the time of booking. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. We kindly request a refund, as we did not receive the experience we paid...

"Outstanding experience, indoor pool/hot tub was nice- pool in need of some cosmetic repair; but very clean and working well. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Phenomenal continental breakfast that was well stocked. Room was clean and large for the decent price. Great scenery behind hotel looking to the mountains. They have a playground outdoors for the kids (although it was snowing so I couldn't use it, looked in nice shape). Game room and gym looked great. 5 mins away from downtown...

"Was clean, had a little arcade for my kids which was nice. Rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Bfast was alright. Just has the general things, waffle,oatmeal,cereal,bagels. Overall was a great place to stay"
