"The rooms were spacious, and the mattresses were ultra comfortable. The suites were well stocked with essentials for eating in, and very well appointed for relaxing and enjoying your stay. The staff were pleasantly helpful and efficient. The Inn is in an excellent location with many dining choices within a few blocks. "

"The location was within walking distance to everything. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a good variety. At first we were apprehensive about walking at night as the area was run down, but, no one bothered us and we felt safe. We found that traffic isn't as congested as it was around the hotels around Parliament Hill. We are planning another trip to Ottawa in the near future and will be staying at the same hotel."

"We stayed in a nice renovated room. Staff was pleasant. We will definitely come back!"

"The check-in experience here was horrible. There was a music festival happening the day we checked in. We were not informed of this ahead of time and when we found out around 2pm, we were not allowed to check-in early and told to come back at 4. However, when we came back at 4, the lobby was flooded with 20-something-year olds drinking and being obnoxiously loud as they were waiting to check-in. We had to wait almost four hours to be able to check in as there were only two staff working the desk...

"Very nice hotel and good price. Rented king bed with pull out couch suite, travelling with kids. Couch springy but kids didn’t mind. The public bathroom on first floor was quite dirty and the breakfast wasn’t great tasting/ quality. Would recommend though for families. Very clean otherwise and friendly staff. No issues."
