"This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night,...

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"The hotel location is not a good and safe area. It is very difficult to find parking. There is no AC. Kitchen is small. Not enough amenity provided. We have to save the toilet paper for three night stay. One bedroom is extremely small. It is barely fit one double bed. Not space beside the bed."
