"Location was convenient. Home was at 43' upon entering. When departing was asked to leave home at 78' and to load non existing dishwasher. Auto emails should be changed based on season and property. Steps were iced over. We had only one fall, luckily. Accomodations for 12, but only 9 towels available and 1 in kitchen. We were told barstools were damaged in previous stay, but were never replaced. Luckily family in the area brought towels, folding table and chairs to accomodate group. The...

"Quiet and well kept."

"I personally think that my room may not have been used right before my stay as it was not very clean. My suggestion would be if it wasn't perhaps the cleaning staff should inspect each room. There was stuff on the floor and food on the bathroom floor. The community bathroom by the pool was not properly stocked as it was out of toilet paper when we arrived. My room was not equipped with any blankets for the pull out sofa bed. I personally have been coming to this location for a number of years...

"Susan and the entire staff at this hotel are top notch. They are kind, courteous, and helpful in every way. Whether it is information you need about the area or the washing machine breaks down and they volunteer to finish your laundry in the laundry room, this staff goes above and beyond their titles. The breakfast is always ready and delicious. Can’t say enough about the people here. Our stay was amazing. Thank you all!"

"Very convenient location while visiting Michigan Adventure. The front desk lady was very friendly and caring. Walking distance to Mcdonald and the gas station. Right off the highway,which was nice too. Definitely a quiet location with friendly staff."
