"Great place for a quick getaway with the kids and dog! Fantastic outdoor space with fire pit, great for hanging out. Games in the garage were fantastic for technology free family time. Older home with nicely updated interior spaces. Near by dog friendly beach was clean and beautiful, only a 5 min drive. 5 min walk to nearby beach, but not pet friendly, beautiful as well. Fenced yard was private but not completely enclosed for letting a dog off leash. "

"This property was a perfect pic for our trip. We had two teenagers my husband and myself. Ned’s were super comfy. Lots of space lots of extra amenities, blankets, sheets, towels, shampoo, toothbrush, anything you might’ve forgotten was there. Even Ramen noodles for the boys. The house was nice and toasty and warm so we could warm up after we were done fishing on the pier for hours at a time. "This is the most adorable beach house, super clean and beautifully decorated! Location is right across the street from the beach and minutes (driving) away from Grand Haven shopping and restaurants. We had a tiny issue with the lock on the door (how to) but the owners texted us back right away and even checked on us the next day to make sure we were good to go! Such a wonderful time, this is an awesome property for a family vacation!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, accommodating home. Great for kids of all ages. "

"Great location on Spring Lake across from the Yacht Club. We enjoyed watching the sailboats and Bald Eagles as they swooped down and caught fish. The check-in process was easy and efficient. Parking is adequate for 4 cars. Communication with owner was excellent. We had a special request and we worked with the owner for a solution that was mutually agreeable.. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. Grill and firepit in excellent condition. Lots of board games...

"House was great, you can walk down the steps & literally get in the water of Lake Michigan. There are a lot of steps to get down there so not for someone with walking issues. House is cute, clean & has a great deck to sit out on & excellent lake access. Location is very rural & literally have to drive down dirt roads & hills to get to the house. Nothing serious but I was surprised. "
