"I requested first floor near lobby, as usual I got second floor furthest room to walk too Asked for different room that I had requested and they said because I booked through a third party ( meaning you ) my request was not valid. This is why I may just call hotel directly and not use a third party"

The front was out of coffee when I went down as breakfast was ending and the bags of chips were outdated on the first night in. "It was fine for what we needed. A clean, bug free place to sleep and refresh. The woman who checked us in was pleasant and helpful to the surrounding area. The motel itself is like one from the 1980’s. However, as soon as you open the door you can see it is clean and smell the cleanliness. "The hotel is a bit older however they are in process of a remodel that is looking great! The room was great and the front desk lady Heather was an absolute sweetheart. It’s off season so there was only 1 other couple staying at the hotel. Will definitely return and so excited to see the updated rooms! "

"Charming cottage with beautiful lake views. The owner was friendly and extremely accommodating. She made us feel VERY welcome! The space worked well for us, but just a note for families with small children who will be sleeping in the bunk room: the privacy screen does block off the area but it opens right into the living room, so won't do much for noise/light.
