"Customer Service was great. Hotel was obvious old and could use a little love. Cleanliness was not great. Small splatters on wall next to sink, brown smudge on wall next to toilet, gross smudge comforter, like someone wiped makeup. "

"I liked the location of the hotel! We were in town for a fball tournament and it wasn’t far to the park we played at and there were plenty of shopping and dining options in close proximity as well! A new casino opened nearby as well and that gave us a fun night of entertainment! Would stay here again! "

"Overall it was a good property. Close to the highway and restaurants. Our room didn’t look anything like the photos, very outdated. When checking in no one was at the front desk waited about 20 minutes as they were in the restroom a sign at the front desk would be nice. Both ice machines on our floor were broken. "

"They do have some new rooms which are nice. But they have not cleaned up the drug addicts that have rooms there and people are coming all hours of the night. Toilet was broke had to stay in for a day while fixed it. Then out of towels. You won't get any sleep till morning. I was supposed to get a one day refund and nothing"
